Principal Message

Dr. Manjunatha NS assumed the role of Principal and Medical Director
at Sri Babu Singh Jay Singh Ayurvedic Medical College & Hospital on
1st October 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Principal of the
prestigious Guru Gorakshnath Institute of Medical Sciences, Faculty of
Ayurveda, Gorakhpur, from 1st November 2022 to 30th September
2024.
Dr. Manjunatha completed his post-graduation in 2004 in the Department of Swasthavritta from
the renowned S.D.M College of Ayurveda & Hospital, Hassan, Karnataka.
Ayurveda, with its holistic approach to health and wellness, has gained significant global
recognition, and the Western world is increasingly turning to this ancient science as a beacon of
hope for overall well-being. The principle of “Swasthasya Swasthya Rakshanam, Athurasya
Vikara Prashanam” – maintaining the health of the healthy and treating the ailments of the sick –
resonates deeply with the modern-day need for preventive and curative care.
Our institution embraces this challenge posed by the growing global demand for Ayurveda with
utmost responsibility and sees it as a tremendous opportunity. We have strategically equipped
ourselves with state-of-the-art technology, high-end medical equipment, and a team of learned
